Summary

Polls in Clark County, Nevada, were supposed to be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. But due to technical problems, some polls opened as late as 8:00 am. The Trump Campaign rushed to the courts to ask for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) ordering them to stay open an extra hour so that voters would get their full 12 hours to get to the polls. They filed their lawsuit with Nevada's 8th District Court by 2:23 pm, and by 6:03 pm Judge Joe Hardy ordered polls in 30 precincts to stay open until 8:00 pm.

A few days later, the Trump Campaign withdrew the case. The case was all about the TRO anyway, and they'd gotten what they wanted. There was nothing else to do.
