Summary

Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and her legal team filed this lawsuit with the US District Court for Arizona on behalf of Trump's presidential electors for that state. She alleged "a massive election fraud" including that "Hundreds of thousands of votes counted toward Mr. Biden's final tally were the product of fraudulent, illegal, ineligible and outright fictitious ballots." Powell requested that the court block "Governor Ducey from transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College" until the trial's end.

When her team "failed to provide the Court with factual support for their extraordinary claims" and "failed to establish that they have standing for the Court to consider them," the case was dismissed without the court providing relief.

Powell then appealed to the 9th Circuit and US Supreme Court to no avail.
